Omarmartinez33
My rear axle is making a hissing noise and every time I brake my rear passenger wheel drags.... what is happening?
Dzimm
Pull the brakes apart and see what they look like. More than likely you have something out of place in the drum or your parking brake could be way too tight.

Hissing is coming from here and ok I’ll try that
Omarmartinez33
Actually is coming from right next of the fuel tank
Dzimm
Is it a constant hiss even when not moving? I may be confused by what you mean by hiss.
Dzimm
If it's coming from your fuel tank you probably have a hole in it somewhere. Your rear wheel locking up would be completely unrelated to the hiss.

Pull the vent tube off where it plugs into the frame on the left side and blow through it to see if it's clogged. Also see it it still has the little white plastic check valve inline with the vent tube.
Dzimm
In that case I'd say you've got a leak in the tank or a hose that enters the tank and you need to inspect behind your brake drums to see what all is going on in there.
