Seat help

I have the brackets from the mj bench seat out and ready to go. The problem I am running into is trying to remove the seat rails and brcakets from the cherokee bucket seats I have. Would anyone have any idea? I'm am just sitting here staring at the bottom of the seat currently.

 

The bucket seats are from a 1988 cherokee pioneer with the curved rails

To get the seat off the slider, take the cushion off (4 bolts on bottom of the seat, and then unhook the upholstery) and then take off the 4 nuts under where the cushion would've been.

I got the seats out but I can get them on the mj brackets... any tips or tricks?

This is what it looks like right now. Am I supposed to use some pieces from the old bracket?

The bench brackets only have one slider per side and are missing where the back stud would go. You'll need to either modify those brackets or get some MJ bucket brackets to bolt the seats up.

I'll look for that thread. With the mj bucket brackets I won't need anything else? just bolt them up? I am sorry for all the questions, first jeep I have owned and first classic car I have owned

Yup, those brackets in the pics are the bolt-in option.
