I posted this on the Yahoo group and didn't get a response. Can someone help me out?

I was able to pick up a 1992 factory service manual on ebay. I have a

1991 Comanche. My understanding is that there are few differnces

between the 91 and 92 so this manual should be okay right? The 92 was

used so I saved some money compared to the 91. Just wanted to check

in case there was anything major I should be aware of.

Thanks.

I gotta imagine there are some differences 91 to 92, but nothing show-stopping that I can think of.

I use an 88 manual on my 87. Sometimes it's little things, mostly wire color changed and stupid nonsense. Mechanically I've yet to find a difference, but electrically, yeah, some things are wired firrently. It's still useful for tracing circuits, but it's sometimes a pain to figure out which wires are different colors.

The '92 manual should be fine for a '91. The major changes took place between 1990 (the last year for the original Renix 4.0L engine) and 1991 (the first year for the Chrysler injection and HO version of the 4.0L engine). And it was '91 when the 4-cyl first got multi-port injection.
