Turn signal electrical issue?

This is the second time this has happened to me. Here in Arkansas it's been raining a lot and last time this happened it was a real humid day just after a heavy rain so I'm thinking it has to do with the moisture. The issue is when I turn one of my turn signals on it shuts my radio off and the turn signal doesn't do anything. The first time it happened it fixed itself after a 15 minutes drive to town, this time it hasnt. Also this time when I turn my blower on to any setting but a.c.(no a.c. in my truck) it also turns the radio off and doesn't work. Any ideas as to a cause I am stumped on this one, my dad says it's probably a short somewhere but I wouldn't no the first place to look for one cause any other day it works perfectly fine.

Do you have an atermarket radio wired in? If so, unplug it (if there still is a plug/connector) and see if it goes away.
