Jkics
87 Comanche SWB has 3 holes about the size of a quarter in the far left side of the floor board on the driver side. The insulation and vinyl floor covering is messed up in that area but perfect on the hump and passenger side Any ideas and suggestion to get this fixed? Incommando
You can replace that whole floor pan with a not quite direct fit XJ unit or you can patch sheet metal in. Chances are that your rust problem will turn out to be worse once you get into it.

Jeep Driver
With holes that size I would just go ahead and for fiberglass it four layers of glass it will be stronger than it was new
