Vac Line "Where's Waldo?" Question

Was poking around my I6 engine compartment yesterday and noticed this white line not connected. Maybe it's not supposed to be connected, but I don't know. Any thoughts on this line?

It goes to the heater control valve, which has been deleted by a lot of people including myself. It's not important at all and it's another part that can fail, if you don't have it you're fine without it.
