2.5 to 4.0 engine swap harness question

I searched for this, I promise. I'm in the middle of my 4.0 swap, (My truck is a 1988, the engine and harness is a 1990) My question is, is the harness from the c100 across the front compatible from the 2.5 to the 4.0? I've read different things, and I can't really tell if it will work or not. (But I may be somewhat frustrated and not seeing things properly)

Yeah, I figured as much. Unfortunately I didn't get that harness with the drivetrain. I'll have to source one somewhere.
