I used one very similar, about the same price, just not chrome.  Put it on when I added the cruise to my non-cruise truck.  Everything worked fine.  Also, it is a delay wiper stalk, and although I haven't switched out my non-delay wiper switch (yet), it operates the two speed wipers fine.
