dragordie Posted November 7, 2016 Share Posted November 7, 2016 I have searched all post (ignition switch wiring diagram on here and google, and bing) for the wiring diagram on my 88. What I have done is transplanted everything wiring engine trans t/case axles all from my 96 ZJ to my 88 MJ. I'm keeping the factory MJ steering column and need to splice the ignition switch wiring from the ZJ to my MJ. But what I looking for is the ignition switch controller which has these colored wires Yellow Brown Orange Red Green Black/white Gray/red violet I think the red is power into the switch and as you turn the key I believe it powers the yellow to power up the starter but not to sure.
