vandior2001
Found a small junkyard with 3 MJ's in it, owner claims 2 are running but all 3 are missing rear drive shafts. a friend checked them out for me and from what i am told i think one has the tow package. how can you tell between a MJ dana 35 and dana 44? And where can i get a drive shaft? looking to buy the ( hopefully ) tow package one to cross level parts on to my truck. need the dana 44, door hinges, and tailgate. the owner will not sell parts, just the whole truck. i'm thinking about swapping parts across and ending up with one (mine) great truck and one running / driving to sell. thoughts? schardein
If it's an 86 it might have an AMC20 rearend. The diff cover is perfectly round on an AMC20.
vandior2001
still have to go down there and look at them, waiting until payday. i'm told the owner will trade, and he's looking for R18 at tires so i am hoping to trade tire for a truck lol
