1999MJ
Any one know anything about these wheel spacers or have any personal experience with them. Figured they would be usefull when I swap in my 8.8 and run stock wheels http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-EXP ... 7197QQrdZ1

CWLONGSHOT
I have them and they seem fine. I don't run them, but keep them just in case. :brows: CW
MiNi Beast
How much space do you need? How wide of tires you running? The 8.8 is only a inch smaller than the d35 so 7/8" spacers whould be sufficent and put you back to like stock. Then you whould rely on your rims backspacing for tires as wide as '12.50'. Also make sure you can get mounting nuts for the spacers and then you will have to grind off the studs to the spacer so flat.
goldtooth
they look a lot like my 1.25" spacers on my 8.8. no problems so far. nathan
feerocknok
Nathan, do you still have your MJ? They look like good quality units and the manufacturer is a NASCAR sponsor, so I'm gonna say that those'd work fine.
87manche
I was going to do wheel spacers on my 8.8, but the stock wheels don't rub. Now, I did find that stock STEEL wheels hit the caliper with the welds that hold the center to the rim, but my stock alloys clear no problem. I flexed it all out, and with my 31's, and the axle stuffed to the bumpstop they will rub on the frame. they fit well enough for sterrt rubber, and the 34's are on 3.75" BS rims.
