So the Comanche I just bought has a plastic bedliner in it. Which I love. But it only goes to under the bed rails. And my toolbox scraped up the brand new paintjob even though I added rubber underneath it. Not really worried about the scrapes that it has already, just want to protect it from further scrapes. What is everyone using as bed rail protectors? Does anyone make reasonably priced bed rail protectors for a Comanche? I would love to have Diamond plated black ones. Currently waiting on my quote request to come back from Line-x on getting the entire inner bed done all the way over the rails. Chances are it will be more than I'm willing to spend, though. Just lemme know what you guys have done! :D

Thanks

I snagged a set of bed rails off a 80's chevy truck and cut the cab end to fit the cab corner of the 'manche --- will shoot a couple of pics after while.

One I'm looking at buying has some diamond plates like those along the top of the rails, no clue what they did for them but they look good.

Did the same as GirsMJ...a friend had some old Chevy diamond plate bedrails.  I cut them to size, painted them black.  I kind of expected them to chip, showing chrome underneath, but I guess they weren't shiny chrome so they've held up over 4-5 years really well.

I guess the body lines of old Chevys match MJ's pretty well as far as the bed rails go. I gotta keep my eye out for an old Chevy with bed rails now. Thanks! :D
