Willing to make a day trip to pick it up, I could probably make it to most of North Dakota for the right axle, maybe a bit further for the right price. Willing to pay cash, but also have a small collection of XJ/MJ parts if you want to trade. I'm picky but not desperate. Let me know what you have/what you want for it.

ARareBreed Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 You'll never find one, it's crazy rare. Do what I did, buy a high pinion for super cheap and re-gear. Then you'll know the gears are good. if you do find one, who knows what condition it'll be in anyways.

Trying to avoid going that route, and obviously it's an option, and I already have a spare D30 kicking around. It's definitely going to be less expensive to find one already put together than to buy new gears and pay someone else. And frankly, the gears won't be any worse off than my original 300,000 mile D30. I'm in no hurry to get it so figured it was worth a shot if someone else had one. Obviously you don't have what I'm looking for so you probably shouldn't be responding to wanted ads...
