I used a TJ mount in my truck (custom crossmember). If I remember right, you should be able to unbolt it from the bracket and put the mount right on to your stock crossmember. Been a while since I looked at mine though.

thats the way mine is mounted, with the stock crossmember. i'll verify the mount tomorrow. :brows:

that is a stock MJ/XJ mount. Looks like the mount for a 2WD AW4. at least it looks like the one I removed from mine when I converted it.

i looked under the 86 cherokee i have with a v6 engine and 5speed pukie transmission, and it is the same mount. i'm looking for a urethane mount like it. when i ordered the mount from quadratrack[?], they sent me what they said was the right mount. not! so of course i modified it, to fit, but its mickey mouse. i would like to do it right. :yes:
