CGCWO
So I replaced a leaky clutch master cylinder, bled what seemed to be all the air out. Kept going until nothing but clean fluid came from bleeder. Now the pedal will occasionally go to floor with almost no resistance. Checked the reservoir for bubbles, none detectable. No loss of fluid in reservoir since replacing the master cylinder. So I am thinking it has to be air still in the system, what do you guys think? 86FUBAR
Did you bench bleed the master befor installing it ?
CGCWO
Yep, more and more thought and I believe it could be the additional pressure from the new master cylinder could be collapsing the diaphragm in the slave. Going to try and bleed the entire system again then see what happen.
