While replacing the heater core I noticed that the black vacuum line going into heater box was broke. I assume that this is the reason my defrost to vent selection wouldn't work. While installing everything back I broke a multi colored vacuum harness in the engine bay next to the firewall/heater inlet. Now when engaging the 4x4 the front differential won't actuate. I know it's because of the vacuum but my question is where can I find a new harness? Also is there a quick home fix method or a way to rewire the vacuum system? I have found no replacement except for this http://4x4posi-lok.com/app_jeep.html. This part is hard lined in so the vacuum wouldn't need to be fixed though I rather fix it the right way.

You can remove the 4 bolts and remove the vacuum disconnect from the front axle.  Engage the shift collar to lock the two axleshafts together.  Install the vacuum disconnect upside down and it will hold the shift collar in the locked position.  Done.

I appreciate the help I am warming up the garage now to get ready to lock the CAD in place. I found a diagram of the CAD system here on the forums and it turns out that all the lines that broke went to the actuator.
