tylergrant2011
Does anyone know what causes the wire between the solenoid and the starter to get hot when trying to start the engine on 4.0L comanche
Dillithium
How hot are we talking? I'll skip the scientific part of heat and electricity, but there are a lot of amps running through that wire to the starter motor.

tylergrant2011
Ill check onto that after I tried to start it over today two or three times it cranked slow and started then died back down. I went to crank it again and it didnt even budge to turn it over. I waited a while and then it turned over again.
