88ComancheMitch Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 I need a sliding rear window. I would prefer one that has the weatherstripping, but if not that's fine too. Shipping to 40118, Fairdale KY. I will also pick up if it's within an hour or so. I also have a solid rear window I'd trade. Thanks, Mitch
AeroNautical Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 If you can't find a used one, you can still buy new ones online: http://teamcherokee.com/rear-back-slider-tinted-glass-assembly-jeep-comanche-pick-up-1986-1992/ I remember seeing that exact window for $150 somewhere, but can't find the website.
88ComancheMitch Posted September 4, 2014 Author Posted September 4, 2014 Prefer the factory 3 pane. Someone has one I know! Mine literally fell out on the way home the other day...and didn't shatter.
CommaComanche Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 I have the 3 piece window installed in my project now. I was thinking about switching to the solid window. Not sure how much shipping would be on these though. Not to mention the likelihood of them getting there in one piece.
88ComancheMitch Posted September 18, 2014 Author Posted September 18, 2014 I'd be willing to try. My window is solid and has had a tint job at one point. Let me know
87Warrior Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 If your window simply fell out, why not get it reinstalled? Interstate glass installed my used slider when they put in a new windshield. They are only held in with some sort of glue.
88ComancheMitch Posted September 18, 2014 Author Posted September 18, 2014 I have solid glass and want a slider. It falling out is an excuse to get one
MJ-90 Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 I can get my hands on a few of them in great shape, I just have to check with my buddy to see when he's available to go and pick them from the jeep graveyard.
