Black Rhino
Other than swapping jk axles under an mj or putting adapters from 5x4.5 to 5x5.5 Can you put jk knuckles on mj axles?
dasbulliwagen
There are writeups to add WJ knuckles to the MJ Dana 30, which will give you the bigger brakes and the 5x5 bolt pattern. This really should be moved to the TECH forum.
Rockfrog
To swap them, you need to change out the lower ball joint to the WJ/JK type (upper is the same for all years). The JK apparently uses a GM taper and you'll need to check ujoint to hub spacing. WJ's need a spacer but I'm not sure the JK uses the same knuckle (brakes and TRE's are different). Haven't seen much info on JK knuckle swaps but it would make more sense as a ujoint stub shaft is readily available (not so for WJ and why the spacer and late model TJ/XJ bearing is needed). Going to talk to a buddy on the way home Wednesday and see if I can get his JK knuckles for a comparison (he has a spare housing).
