no dash lights or radio

my dash lights stopped working so I replaced the dimmer switch and they still don't work. I don't know if the problems are related but my cd player won't light up or turn on at all. I could get it to eject a cd but not take a cd without forcing  it. is there a fuse that controls the dash lights and the radio or what else could it be thanks

Do your brake lights and taillights work?

just went and checked headlights and brake lights work. corner lights tail lights and dash lights and radio don't

Check the fuse for the tail lights, it is built so thT when your tailights go out it shuts down power to your dash lights to warn you about the rear lights being you can't see them

Quoted for truth, same thing happen to me. The trailer wiring was messes up. Caused it to blow the fuse

radio fuse and tail light fuse were both blown now I guess I got to try to find out why they blew. and get my dimmer switch back in right that thing sucks horribly thanks for the help
