sinkrun Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 (2000 XJ 207,000 miles) about 2 months ago I had a TPS go bad just driving along trans went funky the engine light came on it called for TPS code. Put a advance auto one in and its did the same thing yesterday throwing the same codes. Went to napa put in there TPS nothing changed cleared the codes and they came right back with same trans idle issues. Any ideas???
shelbyluvv Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Neutral Safety Switch (NSS) very common issue on them. They will cause all kinds of issues.
