redwolf624
so today i cleaned off my desk because it was gettin really cluttered, and i had the day off and cleaned the house anyhow. Among cleaning my dsk off i found a little black plastic flap looking thing and is has the AMC emblem on it; i found it in my MJ when i first bought it and i thought it was cool so i put it on my desk. Well now i'm wondering, what is it, does it have any value and what did it go to? Redwolf

JeepcoMJ
There are not, it crimps or slides together, and you will need to go to the junkyard. Also, I imagine that they only work with certain year set belts.

Although I think by the tail end of '87 is when Chrysler actually started producing their own parts for the Comanches / XJ's. Fitment onto the Chrysler setup may be possible, but I've never bothered to check.
