Emission Delete Question

I just bought a long block and getting ready to install and purchased a header the doesn't have the place for the tube from the intake is ok to block it off? And what about the canister for the emissions can I delete them without any problems? Looks like someone cut all the vacuum line but the4x4 still works. Thanks Brandon

Odds are the vacuum lines that open that valve are already gone so plugging it will only ensure no air gets by accident.  I'm removed the egr valve and installed a plate there
