ZJ = '93-'98 Grand Cherokee. I'd pick a set from a salvage yard before buying new. For one, it'd probably be cheaper (which I'm all about) and second, even if they don't get you as low as you'd like you can go old school and start cutting the spring. I'm sure many here would shy away from cutting coils (sure, plenty have done it, but it still doesn't make it the best solution), but for that matter you could cut the coils you already have. It will affect spring rate and whatnot, but a cut coil is a cut coil regardless if it came from the rear of a Grand Cherokee or from what's already in your truck. If you go that route, the it turns into a guessing game. Only cut a half coil off from the spring at a time. That way you can sneak up on it instead of just jumping and over doing it.

Do some looking around here. There's plenty of other threads on using rear ZJ springs in the front to lower a MJ. I think there was only one or two members who actually posted anything on the outcome though. Maybe you could finally settle things with some good pictures!
