Mystery Wire (Harness)

I found this in my MJ 3 years ago when I was putting the interior back together.

 

Anybody got an idea what it's for. I thought it may have something to do with factory mini-tweeters (which it doesn't have), but the wires for my XJ mini-tweeters (which it DOES have) look nothing like this/these.

That does not look like any standard issue Jeep part to me. Looks like something homemade or after market.

Good. Also there was CB antenna wiring under the knee panel. Might have been for that. Not looking home made to me.

Power antenna swapped in from an XJ?  I feel like I've seen a plug very similar to that before in my buddy's XJ (with power antenna of course lol).

onlyinajeep726, you are correct. I installed an XJ power antenna in my MJ a few years ago, but did not document the wiring diagram. But from memory, the 4-pin connector goes to the antenna relay, the 2-pin to the power antenna, and the small spade connector goes to the radio power antenna output terminal; the other to ground. It is a factory part, as that harness came with the power antenna.

...and I think that may be a winner..the truck did not have any antenna when I got it.

 

Lots of things about the interior were...er...started, but not finished or just torn out and left. I think the PO lost interest.
