Parking Brake Not Working.

I will try to get you a pic of mine tomorrow it i can figure out how to post pics from my phone. Is it just where the cab ran line splits into the two seperate wheel lines, that you need a pic of?

now that you know the cable is moving check your rear brake pads and see if they are worn out,

that will also lead to an inoperative e-brake
