Broken Manifold Bolts

first off, it's a 2.5. now, i have 2 exhaust bolt heads broken off. how diificult is it to pull off the tb and mani to drill them out? is the intake attached to the exhaust mani? forgive me but i'm a shade tree wrench and am sometimes paranoid of getting over my head in the drive way.
