I am going to pick up a B&M Star Shifter and see if that is a better fit. One thing just leads to another on this truck. Oh well, it's fun! It goes thru the trans tunnel on the drivers side just back of where the firewall starts going up. I had this same trouble and I spent all day looking for the hole. Edited to add: It won't be a hole by the way, it'll be a flat rubber plug. Might have a hole in it, might not, mine did not, since it was a manual originally. I got my shifter cable at the JYard, it already had the grommet attached. It;s ROUND!! Not oval. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
