dave92cherokee
Just throwing this out there to see. Gonna be in vancouver for the next month working on the skytrain system and would enjoy meeting some fellow mj'ers up here so there's something to talk about instead of looking at the hotel all day. vaquaro
FWIW Don't mention your here working for "Skytrain" ......The most hated public money-pit next to B.C. Ferries Corp. We pay an extra $0.15 per liter on gas here to subsidize this joke left over from Expo '86 :fs1:
dave92cherokee
If it's hated right now wait until we get done installing the new equipment and people actually have to pay instead of relying on the "honor system". Once the equipment is in and working next spring there won't be anymore free rides as the faregates won't open unless a valid paid ticket is tapped to open it. vaquaro
WELL.... HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL .......I hope your right , although maybe the scammers will start riding on the roof as they do in India , which would certainly do away with or eliminate a good number of the "free ride" crowd . ......On a more positive note .....Welcome to Beautiful British Columbia .....I hope you enjoy your stay , and get a little sight seeing in as well
