hey guys... anyone have some plans or the like for a winch bumper... our metal shop at the high school where i teach is needing a project for its advnaced students... if i buy the metal and supply the plans theyll build it for me. also if I'm wanting to make some sliders what size square tubing should i use... would 2" be big enough... thanks in advance guys

Sliders use a 2" x 3" or 4". As far as bumper just take mou.ting measuremnts off your stock bumper and then go to town and be creative make one to suit you and your ride.

Most people use 2x5 or 2x6, 3/16 wall box tubing for sliders, I made my own stubby front bumper out of 2x4. check out the advanced fab section on naxja and get some ideas.
