ILLXJ Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 I just finished a 5-speed to AW4 swap & am about to start the wiring harness swap. I know the AW4 computer is normally mounted inside the cab under the dash, is there any reason it can't be mounted under the hood? TIA' JIM.

I put mine in the stock location when I did the swap...getting the wiring in there was kind of a pain...but it got done. Why would you not want it in the cab??
