my86mj Posted July 8, 2012 Share Posted July 8, 2012 so i was cruising down the road in my buddies 88 cherokee 4.0 aw4 4wd and his cluster was similar to mine. only difference was that he had gauges where i have lights. he fuel started getting low and then his amc logo lit up with a low fuel light. do i have one of those? i imagine if i do I'm just missing a bulb or something like that. Zenobian_84 Posted July 8, 2012 Share Posted July 8, 2012 If you have the AMC Logo in the bottom left-hand corner, it should function as your low fuel light. If your cluster was anything like mine, there was missing bulbs in it, specifically, it was missing the Temp and AMC logo lights. :fs1: If you decide to pull the cluster out, it wouldn't hurt to replace the "Dummy Lights" with some new bulbs.
