98 XJ replacement head

I am in need of a new head for my 98 XJ motor. I have no idea where to look or what brands/companies are good and what to stay away from.

 

so far I have seen that 4wd.com has ATK cylinder heads for about $375 with free ship (+ %10 off with the CC discount ) http://www.4wd.com/Jeep-Engine-Performa ... pn=ATK2A32

 

then there was this one on Ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/350062701235?ss ... 1567wt_954 for $380 shipped, but I could offer a little lower.

 

anyone have any suggestion on these 2 or another place to find one?

(I don't know exactly what the block casting number is so I know I have to find that out first.)

Your 98 uses the 0630 head, the same one in that ebay ad. But that ad is wrong, in that the 0630 was only used till 99.

Yes, Johnny is correct, 0630 is the casting number for the 96-99 XJ up to 98 for the ZJ. You can also use a 7120 head found on the 91-95 models. They are identical except they have the water temp sensor boss on the left rear.
