okay. so summer is right around the corner. I have made my own tubedoors. i know they won't protect me from impacts they are there just so dad has his own little piece of mind. ive taken the doors off before and i know about the realignment problems when i put the doors back on. i know I'm legal. so what i want to know is do i run the risk of completely screwing my truck up by not having doors? from some people ive heard because the way the unicab was built on these trucks I'm peein in the wind where others have said that the frame is tough enough as long as i don't put the thing on 2 wheels and flex the hell out of it. does anybody have an educated response to my question? do i risk bending frame or can i enjoy my summer a little more?

have you hadd any problems with framed bending/ putting the doors back on because of bent frames?

Our uni frames have very little twist to them unlike framed trucks.

At full flex you can see my box is still aligned with the cab, that's how little the uni frame flexes. A framed truck would be out of alignment.

i wheel doorless and never had an issue. half doors are the way to go. they give more protection from flying rocks/mud but give a good bit of the visibility back
