86 2.8 carb options

I just got done with a 3.4 block swap in my 86 and I'm wonder what options I have for carbs. I've been doing a little research and I keep hearing from people that weber is the way to go.

 

I found this one and I'm wondering if this is an upgrade from the stock rochester or if it is the same as the rochester?

Yup ! That is the kit you want to get , wish I could run that but it ain't smog legal . That should be a considerable upgrade over the stock setup .
