gerktj Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 are the Comanche rear springs the same as a XJ? I see that my 99 XJ has the springs over the axle and my Comanche has the spring under the axle. One of my main leafs has broken on the Comanche and I'm looking to replace it but the jeep has a 3" lift so finding the right one may be tough!
Pete M Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 completely different in arch and length etc. Yours are likely stock 4wd packs with an AAL stuck in there, so stock MJ packs should be able to help out. :thumbsup: There are replacement full leaf packs for a 3" lift out there in the aftermarket (HellCreek, MO, etc.). I'm guessing if one broke, the others aren't far behind.
