Alright so I was bored at work and realized I could do 3D in the new CAD program so what am I missing other then mounts for the lights? The brackets show a secondary brace on the front. Otherwise it would be all welded together.

Not bad the reciever mount is nice but a winch mount would be better. aproch angle would be good but one good tug using the reciever mount would buckel the whole thing . i think a little triangulatn with a front hoop ,be it a single bend (like a stinger) or a more traditional aproch with a double bend front hoop :brows:

I like the brackets, especially how they tie into the front crossemember.

Another piece of angle on the bottom and you could tie into the swaybar mounts as well.

Any chance I can get a measured drawing of those brackets?

 

I don't like the tube so much, and I thnk you'll taco the middle if you apply any serious snatching force to the receiver.

Is there a difference between the XJ mounting brackets & MJ mounting brackets?

 

I'll have a nice bumper out for sale for XJs soon, but I haven't checked it against my MJ.
