What size lift would I get with these?

There's no way of knowing. The performance of a coil spring varies depending on the coil diameter (which we'll accept as always the same for an XJ or MJ), WIRE diameter, number of coils, and free length. All you know is the free length. You'll have to install them to find out where they end up.

that could just be the way it appears in the pic, but the xj looks like its sitting at 4 and 3/4", so 32-33" tires.- what about control arms?

It had long arms but the upper arms were missing, so I didnt take them.

 

You were saying 4 3/4" I was thinking over 5 or 6".... IDK now.
