86jeep Posted October 12, 2011 Share Posted October 12, 2011 Got a 86 2.5 auto 2wd when i bought it it ran ok then it went down hill. around town it do ok and not boog down a lot hit the freeway. and at 70 mph it start booging bad. and useing twice the fuel. I replace the fuel filter and it help it a lot. getting a lot better gas milge. then i notice it shakin bad so i replace the plugs wires cap roto button and coil. that help it great. now it still shakin a little at 60 plus mph and every now and then. It acts like it is either loosing gas or fire for about 5 seconds and then picking right back up i bought both ujoints i am going to install by friday hopeing that will get the rest of the shake out of it. sorry i can't spell good thanks tony Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
