Cab Vent Removal?

Hey guys, I'm in the process of overhauling my MJ (fresh interior/exterior) and I was wondering how the cab vents come off? I don't want to force them as they are hard to replace if broken so I was wondering how they are held on? Thanks ahead of time,

Just pull straight out. They are pushed on.
