cz777 Posted July 26, 2011 Share Posted July 26, 2011 i heard for the last 7 days a noise like a ideal pulley going bad, like a bird chirping a times ! what the damn moo!!!so i started to pull apart the front pulleys etc nothing ,checked water pump ...damn...good next pulled off the harmonic balancer.... hell cow most of the rubber backed out against timing cover and cut in 1/3 of cover but still held timing mark never lost one degree !!!!i love jeep --well done !!!now waiting for a Dorman harmonic balancer ....new timing chain is in and sealed up !!! :wrench: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
