jimoshel Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Over a week ago there was a big *ssed wild fire burning South of me and headed this way. I checked th e trailer an truck and brought the horses in getting ready for evacuation. Thursday the pump went out leaving me with no water. 6 100 gallon stock tanks needing filling, a fairly nice fire sprinkler system for the house, barn and garage and no water. Yesterday they got the fire under control and today the pump crew just left leaving me with water and a hefty repair bill. Life is good, but sometimes hectic. :thumbsup:
jimoshel Posted June 6, 2011 Author Posted June 6, 2011 didnt your insurance cover the repairs? Nope. This is the country. Insurance premiums would cost more than the repairs. The structures are covered and would be compensated if burnt but repairs to equipment isn't.
