Geonovast
Any front lift/suspension parts for an XJ will work with an MJ. Rears are different, and won't.
Motion Offroad
Any front lift/suspension parts for an XJ will work with an MJ. Rears are different, and won't. Not 100% true... XJ Control Arm Drop Bracket kits don't 100% bolt-up to the MJ's. The support braces on most of the kits (Rough Country and Rubicon Express) will not work on the MJ's due to the extra supports on the MJ's frame rails from the factory. With that being said we've had first hand experience with both the RE and RC drop bracket kits on the MJ's without the support braces and they've held up just fine. Also there are several longarm kits that won't work on the MJ's that were designed for the XJ's without modifications.
littlezeeker
why do the front work but not the rear end parts ?
Geonovast
Because the front suspension on an XJ and MJ is the same. In the rear, they use different leaves, different shackles, XJs are SOA while MJs are SUA..
