I think the second option is better because they seem to understand the whole shipping predicament I'm in. But, anti-coning rings for free... Hmm.

I'm lookin at this now too, the price on the links you posted look a lot better than the RockStomper beadlocks I was looking at.

 

If I do it, I'll have to have about 1" cut off the outside of my 8" rims because I don't want a 10" wide wheel.

The extra width doesn't bother me! So, I figured it's the best option.

 

 

The ones that weld inside the lip come out narrower than the ones that weld to the outside.

 

 

Depending how nice your rims are, you might look at a junkyard set. Finding a set of 15x7s is easy.
