Garvin
That much flex sure looks nice for a mall crawler but is useless once the spring comes off the perch (many will argue before that happens but that's always a nice and easy spot to point out). Looks like a single triagulated setup from the picture with the uppers triangulated, looks kinda close on the minimum angle that you reall want on it though. jbain
Very nice rig.... with as many hours as I have in mine I can't begin to image how much of your life you've spent working on your Jeep. Also thanks for taking the time to post up some pics...... Maybe next time your under your rig you could take some measurements..... 1. Length of lowers - eye to eye 2. Length of lowers - eye to eye 3. Distance between uppers front and rear 4. Distance between lowers front and rear
JENSSEN
Jenssen did u build your own stuff or? A kit? And what did u do to mount the links to at the body? The system I built myself , it was a week of evening research and built on a long weekend. The links mount to a crossmember that bolts to the unibody. The unibody was reinforced inside and outside to allow for the bolts to clamp the unibody without crushing it. At the crossmember end I used the Chevy leaf spring bushings to dampen the blows and at the differential end trail gear heims. I will work on getting the length of the links , mount points , ect, ect. Now one major error I did make is that at full bump I never left room for a muffler or any real exhaust system lol
jbain
Thanks Jennsen.... right now my exhaust ends behind the muffler, I plan to route it up through the bed floor and into the forward part of the bed.
