SWB,4.0L, Auto, 2wd. 128,000 miles

Fog lights, bed light, Power/Comfort trans., Bucket seats and center console.

Rear slider window, side vent windows.

Heat works good, A/c probably needs a charge and conversion.

I've owned this since summer 2009 and have put over $1600 into it. I bought it for $900 So I'm out quite a bit.

Including:

New ball joints

New track bar with aftermarket bushing

New front shocks

All New tie rods(one left to install)

New left caliper

New pads

New Right rotor

New MAP sensor

New radiator

New power steering pump with lines

New steering dampner

New rear tires In November '10

Previous owner installed a new master cylinder and did brake work out back.

Used ZJ steering gear box

Used rust-free bed.(mostly) a spot of suface rust the size of a quarter, and some surface rust inside. For the most part its just sand and go.

Used right spindle.

Overall really good condition for its age and being a Michigan truck. But there is some rust.

The Bad:

Could use paint.

Front end vibrate about 60 Mph. can't figure it out.

Leaks a little oil. MAYBE a quart between oil changes.

Leaks a little power steering fluid and coolant.

Needs an alternator, which I will be replacing.

Exhaust needs finishing. Currently ends after muffler. Not too loud though.

That's about it for the bad.

Would make a good project or DD

I was going to lower it and make it handle. But I don't have the money to keep it as I just bought a rust-free 2-dr XJ :brows:

I really have loved every minute of owning this thing and want it to go to someone who will appreciate it as much as I have. I bought it from the second owner, and he said the guy who owned it before him was an older fella.

Feel free to ask any questions as I'm sure I have missed something.

Call me at 517-242-2598. My name is Ryan. Leave a message if I don't answer and I will call you back.

Or PM me on here. Better luck calling though.

Located in Eaton Rapids MI. About 15 miles south of Lansing.

Will try to get pictures as soon as possible, I don't have immediate access to a digital camera.

Tempting. Very tempting. I've kinda been tossing around making a street ripper DD that gets decent mileage. Being a Renix, I know $500MJ pulls some 20's on the highway... But your a ways away... And I really should start spending money on my projects that need attention...

Hmm.

Oh come on. Eaton Rapids isn't that far away... I'll be driving by there in a few weeks on my way home for the weekend.

When you have a truck that gets good mileage, its no big deal.

I'd say this one is worth it just for the cargo light.
