ABS D30 axle swap

I may be picking up the front axle from a 96 Cherokee to swap into the truck for the bigger u joints and better brakes. It has ABS. I don't think that should pose any problems since it won't be hooked up anyway, but just wanted to make sure. It is out of an auto, so I assume it has 3.55 gears. Any thoughts?

I have a 94 abs axle in mine and it works fine, you may have to use the 96 brake hoses though.

4.0/auto or 2.5/auto?

 

4.0/auto should be 3.55

2.5/auto should be 4.10

 

Never assume, however. Check before you get it/install it.
