Northup
I was wondering if anyone has a photo or input on the OME 3" coils. I would like to run these on the front and get a set of 3" hell creek springs out back. My worry is jus the the front and back will not be a similar height even though they are both 3" lifts. Also on the front Should I just order the springs or will I have to worry about LCA or anything else. Thanks for any input.
Motion Offroad
OME does not make a XJ/MJ 3" coil spring. They only make a 1.5-2" (930) coil. You can however use the OME ZJ 1" V8 coil (934) and get aprox 2.5-3" of lift on the XJ/MJ's. Just be aware that the 934 coil has a higher spring rate (180lbs) and will ride a bit stiffer (harsher) than what many think OME coils should ride. HOrnbrod
I used the OME 930 coils on my truck w. an extra spring pad and got a full 3"" lift. The only thing I needed to do was get the 92+ XJ longer sway bar end links, and add an adjustable track bar as it shifted the axle off-center about 1/2". These springs really ride and handle well. Northup
Oh dang I really thought OME made a 3" coil. Must have misread it somewhere. Ya i really have heard great things about their coils, and I ran their 2.5" leafs on my old YJ. I'm looking for a nice ride cause the comanche rarely sees much besides payment and unpaved fishing roads. Any suggestions would be nice. I may go look at Rubicon express next
