mnkyboy Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Should be bolted on,so you shouldn't need a torch. It was meant to go under the bumper so it hangs down a lot. I cut mine and moved it up several inches so it doesn't hang up on stuff but I also don't have a factory bumper.

I pretty much just cut the tube from the brackets and moved it up then welded it back together. As for the brake calipers I have a 94 axle in my MJ,my stock hoses wouldn't fit my 94 calipers so I had to use the 94 hoses till I got my extended hoses.
