no heat

Heat went out on me today. I shut it off and started smoking very little under the hood, and i could hear something bubbling out of my coolant resevoir? No coolant smell inside cab or white smoke out tail pipe. but no heat, definately no heat. what can i do to get my heat back.

You need to look for the coolant leak.

 

Hoses, water pump, radiator, bottle. Its leaking from somewhere.

 

You are so low on coolant that the heater core is not getting any fluid.

 

When you cool down, squeze the upper radiator hose and feel if its empty or full. My guess is empty.
